Ayurveda is the science of life, and it has been practiced since ages in a yoga community and they use the same procedure to heal different ailments in common people. In yoga they believe that the whole universe is made of five basic elements such as (Space, fire, Air, Earth and Water) and they further combine into three types of bodies known as “Vata, pitta and Kapha”.

These are known as “Doshas” and influence body types of human and the whole Ayurveda is comprised of these three very important elements. According to Yogis, every human body has its own Dosha which is different from other body and on that basis they treat every human body differently.

Ayurveda is much like Yoga as both emphasize on finding balance.
